and Pure Prairie-Farm Fresh & Wildly Delicious Food from the Prairie. As a traveling culinary instructor, Karen specializes in outdoor cooking (fish, game, meat, and vegetables). She has taught cooking classes on American barbecue & grilling, game cookery, and international classes including French and Italian with emphasis on Provencal and Mediterranean cooking.
