Specialty Valentine's Day cocktail from Bookmarks Lounge in NYC

3 oz Champagne
3 drops Rose Flower Water
¼ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Pomegranate Juice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir briefly. Strain into champagne flute and add extra splash of Champagne. Garnish with one red rose on the side.
